The selected candidate will possess the following attributes:
1) Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Hands on configuration experience using Microsoft Dynamics 2011 or higher;
Demonstrated ability to work with customized entities, understand entity relationship
structures; Understanding of how workflows and plugins work and where/when they should be
used; Have worked with SharePoint integrations on Microsoft Dynamics projects;
Have utilized tools such as SCRIBE for data integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
Have utilized iframes for exposing external information within MS Dynamics;
Understand MS Dynamics security structure including claims based authentication,
business units and teams; Utilized JavaScript to customize MS Dynamics forms.
(Microsoft Dynamics 5 years of experience in related areas noted above)
2) CRM Business Analysis
Ability to interact with the technical team, business team, constituents and Program Manager
to create user stories in an AGILE format that support MS Dynamics CRM development
activity; Ability to generate needed artifacts to support user stories using tools like
VISIO/Balsamiq.
(good oral/written communication-3 years; artifact generation for CRM projects 3 years;
Skills as a Business Analyst working on MS Dynamics CRM projects- 3 years)
3) CRM Project Management
Understanding of project management methodologies (AGILE); Ability to adapt and work in
the DODD AGILE environment ; Ability to utilize VSTS/TFS to enter/update/manage user
stories and generate statistics from the same; Provide reporting to the leadership team;
Ability to understand how development environment for team with multiple members is
constructed and how code migrations are managed.

Development environment-3 years; CRM code managementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
