Major global automotive firm is seeking a qualified Human Resources and Organizational Development professional for their Columbus, OH area operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources or Organizational Development or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR as a generalist
- Must also have experience in succession planning and leadership development, etc.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
This is a direct hire, full time position with a competitive salary (up to $60,000/year) along with comprehensive benefits including 401k, medical, etc.
