POSITION SUMMARY This position provides support to all employees and management through effective organizational design and execution of HR strategy across the facility. Position is responsible for the complete HR service/value chain for the facility, with compliance to Nestl in the Market (NiM) and Zone America requirements and support. The HR Manager provides an unbiased resource for associates of all levels (including management) to draw upon for direction regarding policy compliance, benefits, staffing needs, performance coaching, career succession, etc. This position functions as the primary communicator with Corporate HR on occasions when input is required. Position must maintain current awareness of changing HR policies and the impact on local operations. The person filling this position must interact diplomatically and professionally and communicate clearly with internal NQAC associates from all position levels, as well as with external Nestl associates and Corporate/Zone HR. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute, initiate, and coordinate the administration and compliance of human resource policies. Responsible for maintaining working knowledge of and enforcement of relevant current HR legal standards, related to laws such as FMLA, ADA, and EEO rights
Execute and manage internal and external job placement and hiring; including assurance of candidate qualification (quality) and vacancy time-to-fill (performance).
Assure the successful coordination of facility human resource administration, including the management and oversight of staffing, including new hire master data, employee records, and ongoing employee/organization data management.
Manage employee retention and reward programs - including new hire compensation, employee rewards and recognition, and ongoing benefit and compensation programs including but not limited to those associated with TPMS, NCE, Real Recognition, local programs and initiatives.
Assure the successful administration of employee performance coaching, improvement plans, separation and termination.
Partner with Market HR as a resource for special assignments, HR program & tool development, etc.
Participate in the NQAC Leadership Team, to work collectively to drive strategy & initiatives toward cohesive progression in facility goal objectives and OMP.
REQUIREMENTS, MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL, AND
Experience:
A Bachelor's (BA or BS) degree required. Education in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations
Knowledge of basic HR law and applications strongly required
SKILLS
Strong ethical conscience.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data.
Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinate employees.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and an HRIS system (such as PeopleSoft or SAP)
Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Strong demonstrated interpersonal, communication, leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong grasp of Federal & State Employment Laws.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
