Summary:
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant's job duties will be focused on compliance and reporting requiring strong Microsoft skills.
Experience with HRIS required.
Our internal customers include many departments with the Operations department staff being our largest group.
A genuine service-oriented mentality will be necessary to successfully perform your job.
Support of the receptionist and other office duties are included in the outline below.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in business computer skills; MS 365 including Planner, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, and similar platforms Excellent time-management, operating with a sense of urgency Organization and multi-tasking strengths necessary Team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude HRCI, PHR or SHRM, CP certification, Human Resources BA, or 3 years applied experience required Experience with Ohio Worker's Compensation practices necessary Familiarity with responding to Unemployment processes, Child Support orders and Garnishments a plus Analytical with ability to recognize patterns and errors to support better practices Accountable, able to contribute to our focused improvement initiative ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities listed are fundamental to the position and must be performed successfully to achieve the key performance objectives of the role.

Support the Human Resources team and our initiatives Maintain strict confidentiality and ensures compliance with HIPAA and all protected company policies and procedures.
Support our receptionist as needed such as office supplies.
break areas, welcome visitors & maintain safety protocols.
Collect, review, and analyze data; prepare reports, charts, and other presentations.
Familiar with MS 365 suite.
Enters and maintains information in databases.
Assists in project tracking.
Supports administrative tasks needed by the senior leadership team.
Assist with special projects as needed including company events.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
