We are currently searching for experienced and motivated workers for the 2023 paving season.
$500 new hire bonus after 90 days! B&C Blacktop offers health insurance, employer matched 401k, holiday pay, attendance and year end bonus program, uniform service, along with a positive working environment.
A minimum of three years experience, a valid driver's license, clean background check and a pre-employment drug screen are required to be considered for employment.
Class A or Class B CDL is a plus but not required.
