Our client is looking for an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent for commercial projects such as restaurants, convenience stores, fit outs, and ground ups.
Ideal candidates will have experience bringing construction projects valued at $5 to $10-million and above from start to finish.

Responsibilities Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise personnel as well as activities concerned with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and components Performs all work within an established time frame and ensures that work is done in conformance with quality work standards and projected man-hours Supervise and direct the electrical work in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines and coordinate with other trades, to ensure compliance with the overall project schedule and contract documents Lead by example Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and implement quality control measures Interpret and track project schedule to provide two week look ahead and forecast manpower requirements based on the project goals and schedule Prepare and provide documents such as Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis and safety reports Responsible for time sheets of entire crew Formally manage and request materials and supplies Supervise, coordinate, and assign the activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers and temp workers Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in Superintendent with a Commercial Contractor Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills OSHA 30 a plus Leadership skills Job Type:
