Job Summary The Quality Assurance/ office assistance will help maintain accurate records and databases, perform filing/scanning.
The candidate will also provide administrative support ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the company.
The right candidate will have the ability to multitask, adapt to changing work volumes, and be willing to learn and follow instructions.
This role will require interacting with multiple people.
Responsibilities and Duties:
QA and maintaining charts.
To help review Start of Care, daily and discharge visit notes.
Ensure clinical services are in accordance with physician orders.
Monitor and review the Plan of Care (485).
QA and maintaining charts.
Responsible for ensuring documents are completed timely.
Maintaining EVV clock in-and outs for all time sheets.
Scanning documents into appropriate charts.
Provides clerical and administrative support.
Strong presentation skills Personable and customer service oriented Establishes, organizes, and maintains an office and support activities.
Works independently and within a team on special projects and ongoing projects while displaying excellent customer service.
Record keeping Scanning and storing record and data on a weekly and monthly basis Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel Must be able to multitask Excellent time management skills Familiarity with Alora System and EVV Excellent understanding of Home Health regulations We offer Starting pay base on experience Bonus Pay Friendly atmosphere Paid Holidays and vacation Convenient 8 am to 4 pm weekday office hours Job Type:
