We are seeking motivated individuals who are hardworking and driven to undergo 12-weeks of training before starting their role in the areas of Quality Assurance (QA), Business Analysis (BA), or Scrum Master (SM).
College degree is preferred but not required.
No technical experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who have a passion for technology and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
Undergo 12 weeks of training prior to starting role Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Create documentation such as user stories, use cases, and process flows Collaborate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are met Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred) US Resident and living in or near Columbus, OH (required) No technical experience required, but a passion for technology and a desire to learn is a must Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hardworking and driven personality WHY THE ITBC:
