Quality Assurance Assistant

The successful candidate must have construction and/or maintenance experience along with excellent attention to detail.
The candidate will be required to walk post-construction units on behalf of the property management company and have the knowledge and confidence to accept units once complete.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Walk multi-family communities post-construction notating any construction and maintenance issues to the construction team for repairs.
Following up and re-walking units after repairs are completed to ensure standards are met for the property management company.
Accept the post-construction units on behalf of the property management company.
Coordinate the walks of the communities with the construction team to ensure they are being completed in a timely manner and turned over to the property management team for lease up.
Keep records of all walks and sign-offs of units.
Must be able to keep detailed logs to follow through to the end of the process.
Keep a detailed schedule and ensure projects are being completed.
Requires frequent travel throughout the city.
Must be able to stand and walk for significant amounts of time.
Must be trustworthy, self-motivated and a quick learner.
Qualifications include:
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous experience in Property Management software Flexibility in daily routine with the ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have an eye for detail Construction and/or maintenance knowledge required Benefits include:
