What you'll do as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Office of BroadbandOhio and The Governor's Office of Appalachia:
Partner with Legal Office to get grant agreements drafted.
Send grants to companies for signature.
Get the grants executed.
Complete requisition forms and send them to FPM for approval.
Enter approved requisitions into the Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS).
Send executed agreements to company.
Conduct first review of invoices (enter disbursements into Salesforce if a Salesforce Invoicing Portal is not being used).
Submit disbursements for program manager approval (approvers determined by program).
Attach back-up documentation to voucher in OAKS.

Qualifications Completion of graduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 6 months experience or 6 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 18 months experience or 18 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
-Or 42 months experience or 42 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
-Or 12 months experience as Financial Analyst, 66562.
NOTE:
Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos.
of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.

Com Spreadsheets Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
