Preference for 1 of the following criteria:
o College Degree o Previous contact center experience Position Description Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts.
Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
Functional support areas include Cash Management products and services, client Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.

Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
