Responsibilities:
Opening claims with insurance companies, property damage division or subrogation.
Perform general data entry tasks.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, other communication interactions with clients, third parties or staff.
Analyze and process all claims, verify accuracy, and correct information for all drivers involve.
Prepare and circulate reports as needed.
Gather information and documents from clients and other sources and transfer data into the company's main system database.
Qualifications:
Law office experience required.
Especially in Personal Injury.
Bilingual Spanish preferred High school diploma Willing to train the right candidate Excellent phone experience Ideal candidate must be organized, great attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
