At Golden Reserve, we are disrupting the financial industry with retirement services that are right for Ohio retirees.
We have 17 offices across the state and over a thousand clients.
Every week, we run television and radio shows across the state generating dozens of phone calls to our appointment scheduling team.
Title:
Client Relations Associate This position is part of the Client Relations Team.
The position requires phone excellence making callers feel comfortable, script adherence following a defined talk script for the call and using our CRM to schedule meetings with the caller for our planning team.
Schedule:
This role is part-time.
Shifts are Saturday (8am - 1:
30pm) and Sunday (7:
30am- 2pm & 5pm - 7pm).
Minimum expectation is 4 shifts per month.
Compensation:
$20.

Responsibilities:
Master the call scripts to ensure sales excellence in handling inbound and outbound calls Take inbound calls through our phone system and follow script to schedule appointments Make a friendly, warm and professional first impression for the Golden Reserve brand Keep all lead information updated in our technology systems Promptly complete all assigned tasks via our technology systems Location:
Remote (working from home or elsewhere) Must be able to reliably commute to Dublin, Ohio for training as needed Requirements:
Phone support or phone sales:
3 years (Preferred).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
