You will conduct thorough inspections of welds, sheet metal bends, and large structural assemblies, ensuring all components meet TKS Industrial's rigorous standards and ISO 9001:
2000 requirements.
Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our large industrial weldments and sheet metal assemblies that are essential to our paint finishing systems.
Key
Responsibilities:
Perform duties within the guidelines of ISO 9001:
2000 standards.
Verify material specifications such as gauge and steel type.
Conduct sub-assembly checks and final inspections.
Ensure the accuracy of bolt alignment and hole sizes.
Measure and verify the dimensions and squareness of parts.
Inspect products for damage or improper handling, recommending protective measures.
Enforce proper loading techniques to prevent equipment damage during transport.
Maintain detailed production logs and records with proficiency in office and Excel forms.
Communicate effectively with our team of skilled fabricators, maintaining professional inspection standards.
What We Require:
Certification as a Weld Inspector (CWI) with the ability to provide valid certification.
Background in fabricating or inspecting large industrial weldments and sheet metal assemblies.
Excellent office, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in computer forms, Excel, and email.
Outstanding communication skills; able to provide feedback to highly skilled fabricators respectfully.
