- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in logistics operations.
- Utilize various systems and software to track and manage inventory, shipments, and other logistics data.
- Operate forklifts or other mechanical equipment as needed.
Requirements - Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and materials management processes.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with vendor management and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
- Mechanical knowledge for operating forklifts or other equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for tracking inventory, shipments, etc.
