The Retail Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the National Account sales team gathering customer contracts, deduction back up, entering deals into TPM, etc.
for non-broker covered customers only.
Provide administrative assistance to VP of Retail Sales.
Additional support for sales team, the Category Advisors, Sr Trade Manager, and Customer Service Representative.

What we are looking for Good communication skills, both oral and written; and strong organization; Strong working knowledge of personal computer with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Able to develop working knowledge of the sales/retailing industry and be able to effectively interact with retailers; Efficiently manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks; Accuracy and timeliness are essential; Must have strong customer service skills to be able to effectively deal with customer inquiries and complaints over the phone and through written correspondence.
What you will do Provide administrative assistance to VP of Retail Sales on expense reports, booking/changing travel upon request, handling office tasks; Assist National Account sales team by gathering customer contracts/back-up, clearing deductions, entering deals into TPM, etc.
all for non-broker covered customers only; Manage and organize the team shared drive and all broker document management tools and all administrative tasks for the division; Update Circana reports monthly as directed by Category Advisor.
Pull sales reports from TPM as requested by Sr Trade Marketing Manager; Provide back-up duties for CSR as needed; All other duties as assigned.
