The Customer Support Specialist performs a wide variety of functions to support our customers under the supervision of our Product Manager.

Responsibilities Provide enthusiastic customer support Support various information technology & business development projects Assist with product testing & releases Assist with new customer onboarding - including set up, training, and support Create customer training materials Follow company policies and procedures Qualifications Experience/Skills Exceptional time-management and punctuality Exceptional writing and grammar skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Superior organizational skills Abilities A self-starter who promotes teamwork and meets deadlines A desire to learn and grow is essential Attention to detail is a must Knowledge Prior experience in customer service, case management/public health, or IT support Knowledge of office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Familiarity with Case Management, Project Management, Database Administration, or Public Health a plus Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
