In partnership with our client, we're searching for a Gastroenterologist to join an expanding practice just a short drive from downtown Columbus, OH. This role is perfect for a professional eager to work in a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2019, providing a mix of outpatient, endoscopy, and inpatient care. The new specialist will join a robust network with an immediate opportunity to build a busy practice supported by a comprehensive benefits package.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide a mix of outpatient office visits, endoscopy, and inpatient coverage.
- Immediate opportunity to establish a busy practice thanks to a large, established referral base.
- Deliver care within one hospital campus, featuring a modern healing environment.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team offering APP support.
- Participate in a call ratio of 1:4.
- Engage in a team-based approach to patient care in a quality-focused environment.
- Utilize EMR - EPIC for patient records.
- Contribute to the consultative hospital service.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
- Possession of (or eligibility to obtain) an OH medical license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- 3-5 years of outpatient experience in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine is preferred.
- Advanced endoscopy training is an asset but not mandatory.
- GI fellows are welcome to apply.
