The SSVF Health Care Navigators provide services that include connecting Veterans to VA health care benefits or community health care services where Veterans are not eligible for VA care.
SSVF health care navigators provide case management and care coordination, health education, interdisciplinary collaboration, coordination, and consultation, and administrative duties.

Applicants must have a Master's level social worker or equivalent education (i.
e.
sociology, psychology, or human services) and at least two years of experience in a healthcare or social services area of practice.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
