As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives that assist customers with WY Medicaid eligibility, enrollment and related tasks.
Qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum three years' experience in a direct call center supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience with call center operations required.
  • Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required.
  • Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent job-related experience/training.
  • Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
