Job Description
Direct daily site operations from mobilization to turnover
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
Drive schedules, safety compliance, and quality standards
Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving
Travel to active job sites based on project needs

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
4-8 years of superintendent experience in construction
Exposure to light industrial or data center projects
Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors
Strong communication across field and office teams
Comfortable traveling for extended project durations
