Description Greenhouse, the in-house creative agency at Huntington, seeks an associate creative director for copy. We're the creative engine behind Huntington's brand, producing everything from national advertising campaigns to local brand activations. Concept and ideate original creative concepts for marketing tactics and brand campaigns Develop copy, from concept through execution, that delivers on the creative brief Primarily focus on the consumer banking division, and acquiring new customers, but also contribute to a variety of creative projects across audiences and channels Lead creative concept presentations, articulate rationale behind creative choices, and collect and incorporate feedback Steward a large, multifaceted, and well-articulated brand and assist with growing and further developing the brand voice, tone, and core messages Work independently and collaboratively with designers, videographers, animators, and other writers within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment The right candidate will have:
A high creative bar, superb creative instincts, and the ability to quickly and consistently deliver excellent copy Impeccable time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with professionals of all levels An understanding of emerging trends and best practices for digital and traditional marketing Effective collaboration skills and the ability to thrive through change Experience with creating, applying, and maintaining brands
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communication or related field 8
years' experience in copywriting with demonstrated growth and advancement Knowledge of project management and office software Experience working within both agile and waterfall environments a plus No experience in financial services necessary
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Editorial & Content Management, Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
