Job Details Description The level of the position will be determined based on years of experience and skill set the candidate possesses. This position is responsible for driving the loan closing process for C&I and CRE loans and ensuring moderate to higher complexity loan documentation adheres to loan approval. This position acts as a liaison with Credit Administration, Commercial Loan Processing and Servicing departments, internal and external legal counsel, Construction Administration, Loan Review, Audit, and other departments as required. This position ensures timely financial statement collection and proactively identifies and escalates early warning signs within the portfolio. Essential Functions o Review credit approval documents to ensure accuracy for documentation purposes o Prepare and/or review Commitment letters based on established requirements o Review moderate to higher complexity loan documentation to ensure accuracy and accordance with loan approval requirements o Facilitate loan closings in conjunction with and on behalf of Relationship Manager o Ensure all loan approval conditions have been met within required time frame o Ensure timely collection, review and evaluation of all financial statement requirements from borrowers and guarantors o Proactively identify and escalate declining financial performance/negative indicators within the loan portfolio on a timely basis o Administer moderate to higher complexity construction loans in accordance and in conjunction with the Construction Loan Administration group as needed o Follow covenant testing protocols and manage waiver letter process when applicable o Act as the first line of defense to recommend and process timely risk rating changes in conjunction with the Relationship Manager o Monitor loan management tracking reports and ensure timely action and escalation as warranted collaboratively with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, Credit Administration and Loan Operations o Initiate and/or complete loan modifications per established protocols o Manage and maintain collateral requirements including ordering appraisals, environmental reports and property searches o Coordinate and assist with criticized loan reports as part of the Watch List program o Act as a liaison with Commercial Loan Operations, Loan Review, Audit, examiners and other departments as required o Jointly call on clients to stay apprised of business activity/performance and serve as additional contact point o Facilitate client service requests o Optimize client relationships and create an exceptional client experience o Comply with all corporate standards and audit-related matters in specific areas of responsibility o Remain current on all banking rules and regulations o Establish increased productivity and profitability Additional Essential Functions Essential Functions o Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations o Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency o Work as part of a team o Work with on-site equipment Additional Responsibilities o Complete other duties and special projects as requested by management Safety and Health for those without supervisory duties o Abide by the rules of the safety and loss prevention program o Perform work tasks in a safe manner o Report any and all injuries to supervisor o Know what to do in case of an emergency QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Investments, Banking, Loans & InsuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
