Job Description:
Collaborate with stakeholders across Consumer and Home Lending to clearly define the underlying business need for reporting and dashboards and translate findings into basic business requirements; primary business partners will include sales, operations, underwriting, and risk/compliance Work with subject matter experts and business analysts to understand business process and source required data to support the solution Design, develop, deploy, and maintain basic ETL processes that support proof of concept and/or initial delivery of business intelligence solutions May partner with solution delivery team to transition concept to production mode Design, develop, deploy, and maintain effective visualizations, dashboards, and scorecards that provide actionable information using business intelligence software like Tableau On an ad hoc basis execute reports or analyses, interpret results, and present recommendations to improve performance, profitability and efficiency Basic
Qualifications:
Minimum of undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field of study, or equivalent work experience 5 years hands-on experience working with large enterprise databases in a complex data environment 5 years hands-on experience using SAS, SQL, and/or similar programming languages to extract and manipulate data from disparate data sources 3 years hands-on experience using business intelligence tools, such as Microstrategy, Cognos, Tableau, etc. Preferred
Qualifications:
Understanding of consumer loan origination with particular emphasis on home lending products Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of data preparation tools & techniques; experience with Tableau Prep is a plus Creative thinker with very strong problem-solving skills Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and balancing work efforts across multiple projects Focus on continuous improvement
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
