Description The Direct Marketing Manager executes on marketing strategies to meet business objectives supporting consumer lending and other segments as assigned. The Direct Marketing Manager will support content marketing initiatives by providing actionable insights and thought leadership that contribute to our sales efforts to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships. Responsibilities include:
Managing the implementation and/or execution of key content marketing programs, with responsibility of meeting financial, marketing, regulatory, legal, operational, product, projects and strategic objectives. Partnering with segment, content and analytics teams to ideate on marketing content programs that will achieve business objectives. Developing timelines for all marketing content initiative components -- pre-planning, business case development and presentation, target audience segmentation and selection, creative development, review and approval processes, quality control processes. Leading the creation and execution of content marketing campaigns. Partnering with internal teams and customers (including segment managers, product managers, creative/brand team, legal and compliance) to ensure deliverables for are on strategy and on time. Managing the review and approval process of all content marketing components with creative/brand team, legal and compliance. Leading the quality control process including target audience list audits for all marketing channels ensuring the business objectives are met, test design is followed and all variable components are accurate. Directing production with internal teams to ensure the flawless execution of content marketing initiatives. Managing across all contributors to ensure content marketing components meet brand and quality guidelines and are delivered according to agreed-upon timeline. Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree . A minimum of 5 years of direct marketing and project management experience required. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns including mail, email and online channels. Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in financial services and/or B2B marketing highly preferred. Knowledge of database and direct marketing principles including customer segmentation, testing and applying results to improve future campaigns. Must be detail-oriented, with an analytical and financial orientation. Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate effectively across broad stakeholder groups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
