REQUIREMENTS EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High-school Diploma Strong written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills Excellent time management skills and adherence to strict deadlines Working knowledge and proficiency with Google Suite EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred Understanding of employment laws and regulations Ability to read, understand, and interpret instructions, policies, and procedures HRIS, ADP, and investigative experience preferred ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES Provide employee relations support across the entire ATLAS workforce on all programs including but not limited to:
Consults with operations management on human resource issues related to hiring, compensation, training and development, disciplinary actions, and terminations Interprets and assists with the understanding of human resource policies and procedures Manages compliance issues; identifies local compliance risks and pro-actively plans to mitigate risks Manages the hiring process including candidate screening, hiring, new employee set-up, payroll, and leaves of absence Maintains confidentiality of all information Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$40,000.
