Relationship Fulfillment Analyst We are looking for a positive and energetic Relationship Fulfillment Analyst to support building and maintaining a service-oriented and dependable reputation with current and future clients.
Duties include providing administrative support, delivery of process design and execution, and assisting our leadership team and employees with daily and unique technical needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to think critically, pride in their deliverables, and resilience and flexibility when managing the day-to-day tasks needed to support our commitment to improving lives through innovation in research, education, and service.
If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant or an account management assistant and familiarity within our industry, we would love to meet you! Requirements Experience as an office or administrative assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams and Zoom.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to understand client priorities and deliver results within a deadline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, externally as well as internally.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Interest in growth and leadership within the role and a willingness to take on more responsibilities as tasks are mastered.
