The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for the operational management, administration, and support of the Nationwide Children's Hospital Cyber Security technology stack, processes and infrastructure.
This position can be a remote position with Nationwide Children's Hospital; the expected work hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Eastern.
This is a full time, benefits eligible opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Regularly monitors Cyber Security related issues and requests, while providing first tier resolution.
Maintains and monitors operations of Cyber Security technologies for efficiency, availability and security.
Assists with functional or technical delivery of Cyber Security solutions to end users as an individual contributor or team member based on guidance from team leadership.
Assists with the analysis and technical implementation of Nationwide Children's Hospital Cyber Security initiatives, including requirements gathering and translation between business terms and technical requirements.
Serves as an escalation point for operational issues related to the Cyber Security infrastructure and processes, including occasional after-hours support.
Contributes to the evaluation and determination of software tools and operational feasibility of solutions.
Works with vendors to optimize software configurations while ensuring high availability and ease-of-use.
Develops training material for primary support roles as well as system documentation, including DR plans.
Builds and maintains positive relationships with immediate team members, project teams, other internal IT departments, customers, end-users and external contacts.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related experience Skills:
Excellent customer service, communication (oral and written), troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic project management skills including ability to gather business requirements.
Novice to Intermediate understanding of network security infrastructure and monitoring, endpoint security, vulnerability management, security operations and incident response.
Experience:

years' experience providing IT systems analysis, administration, and support.
Experience evaluating Cyber Security vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies highly preferred.
Experience with networking system administration or network monitoring highly preferred.
Experience in Healthcare and/or Cyber Security Operations (CSOC) environments highly preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
