The Digital Specialist role will ideate, develop and lead the launch of marketing programs, content development and customer experiences to drive material change, build brand preference, engage the Pro/Contractor audience and create value for our channels, distributors, dealers and customers.
They will partner with Strategic Marketing peers, commercial teams, creative partners and a range of enterprise collaborators (legal, global information systems, science and technology, corporate communications and OC Studio) to enhance the position and advance the perception of our products, portfolios and brands.

7B Composites product portfolio inclusive of Building Elements, Glass Reinforcements, Nonwovens and Wind platforms.
Reports to:
Composites Strategic Marketing, Brand x Customer Experience, Brand Lead Span of Control:
Individual contributor, enterprise collaboration, global accountability, high degree of cross-channel interaction The base salary range for this position is $61,000 to $79,000 with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
We also offer a substantial benefits package including insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability/supplemental offerings), 401k (company contribution regardless of employee participation - plus match), liberal paid time off (vacation, personal floating and standard holidays), Employee Assistance Services, Stock Purchase Program - and more JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ideate, develop and production concepts, content and engagement programs to achieve transformational business results, disrupt market status quo and create valuable brand impact (60%) Create online content for use on both social media and owned channels Manage social media accounts Conduct day-to-day community management and tracking activity volume across multiple digital channels Craft market strategies and brand experiences to achieve growth, expand channel value and advance enterprise digital capabilities (20%) Identify market opportunities and experience gaps Uncover insights, report trends and study market behavior (shopper, contractor/pro, design/engineer) Gathering data of initiatives and results, conducting analyses and delivering reports Engage with key category influencers and content creators to amplify impact of marketing programs, acceptance of products and drive brand relevance (20%) Manage influencer relationships and collaborative content and messaging programs Increase effectiveness and expand reach of marketing programs Position products and product platforms as relevant and valuable JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent experience Technical skills related to content creation, photography, videography, writing or visual storytelling Practitioner level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and related solutions/tools 3-5 years of experience working within marketing, advertising, marketing communications or other relevant experience PREFERRED
Experience:
Comprehensive marketing expertise in increasing brand awareness, campaign creation/management, customer relationship management, audience segmentation, website user experience, product launch support, content creation, sales tool development Project management experience coordinating multiple marketing strategies and managing several projects concurrently Comfort level collaborating with and influencing peers, influencers, customer groups and leadership teams KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
