1 Full-time 56 minutes ago Full Job Description Position supports the mission of the College of Arts and Sciences (ASC) by assisting with planning and coordination of facility repair, maintenance, and construction/renovation projects for the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (CBC), the Department of Microbiology, and the Department of Molecular Genetics.
Serves as building coordinator of the Biological Science Building and co-coordinator for the Riffe and Aronoff Buildings; manages preventive and emergency maintenance of building systems and equipment in multiple buildings; negotiates service contracts and manages renewals; works with research groups and CBC analytical and productions shops to coordinate instrument repair and maintenance; works with ASC personnel, OSU Facilities Operations and Development (FOD), and contractors to facilitate maintenance of equipment in buildings and laboratories; may assist other building coordinators of buildings occupied by departments within the College of Arts and Sciences.
Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of relevant experience.
Desired Experience managing renovation projects, service functions, maintenance, and/or operations; supervisory experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office products; general literacy with information technology and office equipment; excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
The pay range for this job profile is $27.

The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
