The right candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, and will be responsible for monitoring activity within the building physically and via video surveillance.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with a large team in a constantly-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Watch surveillance monitors.
Respond to alarms, such as fire and smoke detectors.
Patrol the grounds to identify suspicious activity.
Interpret and enforce rules or regulations.
Respond to emergency situations.
Respond to fire alarms and evaluate areas for safety hazards.
Interpret instructions, regulations, and laws.
Perform a variety of tasks.
