Last year we scheduled over 12,000 conferences.
o Utilize Microsoft O365 o Assist with day-to-day management of videoconferencing operations for our multisite videoconferencing network o Use professional written and oral communication o Work successfully across multiple teams o Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks o Support conference room meetings, point-to-point and multipoint (bridge) video teleconferences o Prefer experience with Polycom and Cisco infrastructure and endpoints o Provide limited audio/video support for management off-site activities o Maintain strict confidentiality for all videoconferencing activities o Report operational and technical issues to managers.
