Summary:
The Digital Experience Strategy Specialist develops compelling digital experience concepts and strategies.
This role will collaborate with their manager and cross-functional teams to identify internal business needs and create intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging digital experiences across DSW.

The Digital Experience Strategy Specialist conducts user research, analyzes data, and creates wireframes, and prototypes to communicate their designs to the integrated internal teams.
They also conduct tests and gather feedback to improve the experience continually.
Reports to:
Sr Manager, Digital Content Strategy Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Build wireframes and templated experiences utilizing the Sketch, Miro or similar programs.
Grow and scale intuitive experiences on DSW.
com, leveraging information from on-line merchants, SEO, marketing and the customer.
Showcase solutions to cross-functional teams that provided input that helped build the strategy.
Evaluate competitor and industry websites to provide a meaningful analysis of findings.
Provide learnings for newly launched experiences and build iterations based on findings.
Plan and help conduct user research and experience testing.

Qualifications Minimum
Experience:
3
years of retail experience for consumers and consumer brands Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business, IT, design, creative, communications, or related field.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
