Responsibilities:
Directs, coordinates and evaluates the activities of employees engaged in the production process.
Maintain education and training records of employees.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production to meet goals.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Ensure that proper materials and mixes are used in the production process.
Demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
Follow and enforce safety policies/procedures.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Required to be flexible with work schedule and hours.
Position may require working over, coming in early or altering days off.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
