Are you ready to dive into the world of marketing and make a real impact? Condado is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Support Center Marketing Team.
If you have a passion for crafting engaging campaigns, love data and conducting analyses, and want to be part of a fast-paced environment, then this role is perfect for you! You'll be the driving force behind our loyalty campaigns, working closely with the Brand & CX Manager to create targeted initiatives that captivate our loyal guests.
From enticing email and push notification campaigns to exciting frequency challenges, you'll use your creative flair to keep our guests coming back for more.
And that's not all! You'll also gather valuable data to boost field buy-in and unlock new growth opportunities for our loyalty program.
But wait, there's more! You'll be the friendly voice behind our social media community, responding to guest questions and engaging with their comments.
Your vibrant personality and quick thinking will make a real difference in creating a positive brand experience for our customers.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll also dive into the menu side of things.
From supporting feature launches to managing menu data and conducting competitive price analysis, you'll play a key role in keeping our menu fresh, exciting, and competitive.
What You Need:
Requirements? We've got you covered! With at least 2 years of marketing experience, you're no stranger to juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
You're a natural collaborator, bringing your fresh ideas to the table and working seamlessly with our interdisciplinary team.
Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will shine through in your engaging campaigns and guest interactions.
If you have a knack for data analysis, an eye for detail, and the ability to sprinkle some fun into your work, we want to hear from you! Experience with loyalty, email management, or CRM platforms is a big plus.
If you're a whiz with social media management tools like Sprout Social, that's even better.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite will make you a superstar in this role.
