The successful applicant must have good verbal/written communication skills, experience with a wide variety of software (Mac OS, iOS & Windows), hardware and networking platforms/applications, and a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, works well both independently and with a team, and has excellent organization and time management skills.
Experience writing technical support and end-user documentation/tutorials is a plus.
