This supervisory opportunity is responsible for the leadership of a second shift team in a designated area at a commercial healthcare laundry facility that launders and delivers the highest quality linens to over 40 area hospitals and more than 500 medical facilities.
Our ideal candidate will consistently contribute to overall excellence that will meet or exceed customer expectations and team directives.
HOURS Weekdays 2pm-11:
30pm Weekends 5:
30am - 4pm/close JOB DUTIES:
Working supervisor that oversees all staff in designated areas of responsibility and assists the Director of Operations by performing personnel functions such as scheduling and coordinating work assignments, performance evaluations, orientation and planning in-service training where appropriate.
