30pm Monday-Friday Troy Filters began in 1993 in Clay Elliott's garage in Columbus, Ohio, with the manufacture of media filters for use in oil mist collection equipment.
Since that time, Clay and his son, Cory, have teamed to build a filtration company built upon the principals of honesty, loyalty, and service.
In April of 2021, Troy Filters was purchased by a local businessman who is very familiar with the HVAC industry.
As with his other companies, his desire is to take Troy Filters to new heights, while honoring the same principals the company was originally founded on has allowed Troy Filters to continue to grow but remain true to it's foundation.
Currently we have a 30,000 ft2 headquarters on the west side of Columbus, Ohio.
POSITION
Summary:
The Production Associate will help maintain the shop area by keeping it clean and organized.
This position will also assist with all aspects production including assembly, labeling and packaging.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &

Picking items from shelves Safely perform light assembly using provided tools and equipment Packing completed product orders as needed Maintain cleanliness of work area Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent One year of experience in a production or warehouse setting HVAC knowledge preferred but not required Reliable with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment COMPANY
