    REMOTE but MUST reside within one of the following states ( OH, MI, IN, AR, LA or TX)

    DIRECT HIRE
  • Pay rate range:
    $50-$80K


Responsibilities for this HRBP position:



  • Works with department leadership and S-HRPB to develop and facilitate key strategies, addressing individual and organizational needs including but not limited to workforce planning, recognition, succession planning, career development and employee relations.
  • Effectively creates talent plans for the business and its various departments considering the wider HR agenda and any specific people issues that may be existent within the business.
  • In collaboration with COEs implements talent management strategies or processes for all employees in all departments and provides thought-leadership on issues that may improve productivity, operations and performance.
  • Provides support to stakeholders by coaching them into thinking innovatively about their work processes and team structures with a view of improving the business's overall efficiencies.
  • Provides informal leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members.
  • Acts as the program/process leader for various HR initiatives as assigned.
  • In collaboration with department leadership and COEs, develops strategies for people management, succession planning, and talent management for key managerial positions and for stakeholders.
  • Assist in with the development of workforce and talent management plans to ensure that resources are managed strategically. Helps develop a strategic approach to recruitment of key talent.
  • Deploys programs and strategies; facilitates training and coaching for effective talent management, engagement, development, compensation, performance management, retention, and workplace rights.
  • Manages assigned HR projects including developing project timeline, monitoring progress, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in Human Resources Management with demonstrated knowledge and experience as an HR Generalist, employee/management advisor or consultant.
  • Prior practical experience in a variety of HR Specialist roles or as an HR Supervisor/Manager with a similar sized healthcare organization is preferred.
  • Strong HR generalist foundation with a breadth and depth of HR knowledge, best practices and processes, legal and regulatory requirements and union avoidance.
  • 2 years Healthcare or physician practice experience required.
  • M&A experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and effectively help facilitate change management process related to employment, HR strategies and organizational objectives. Demonstrate knowledge of HR practices, retention, engagement, change management, and employee relations.

Computer Skills



  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Vision, and Outlook is required.
  • Experience using MS Access, MS Project and MindMap/MindJet preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of HR Information Systems (HRIS) systems (i.e. Lawson, PeopleSoft, etc.)

Certifications/Licenses


  • Human Resources Certification PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
