Summary:
Assisting with management of all onsite coordination for multi-family/commercial construction sites.
Will assist in responsibilities for job-site safety, material and labor scheduling, inspections, and quality control.

Experience:
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Willing to train the right candidate.
Prior experience in multi-family construction.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors preferred.
Essential Functions/ Major Responsibilities Identify and immediately report any subcontractor non-compliance for safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
Submit a detailed daily log of activities including photographs of all trades on the jobsite.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Assists in ensuring that all required quality control checks are performed (including inspections) Perform physical labor as required at construction site.
Assists in supervising subcontractors' labor work as required.
Strong communication and follow-up skills Assists in reviewing and/or preparing all required on-site documentation.
Schedules and maintains owned and rental equipment.
Consistently turn over the units for walk-through approval.
Performance of scheduled warranty work (1-year) quickly and efficiently.
Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to work well with others in situations that arise day-to-day.

Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated surfaces.
Ability to identify deficient work and report or help provide resolution.
Ability to oversee a work crew, subcontractors, organize and schedule vendors.
Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properly.
Follows instructions, responds to management direction, commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals, completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
Basic tools and equipment mechanical/ maintenance skills.
Physically be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Communicate using the following tools:
Smartphone, fax machine, written directions, email, i-Pad, and computer.
Mathematical Skills, Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, taxes, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
