Come join our team! SUMMARY We are looking for a smart, experienced, and motivated Paid Search Specialist to join our Columbus team.
We are searching for a skilled Paid Search Specialist to transform our paid search marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will be required to set up and manage our paid search marketing and online advertising.
This role is a part of the larger agency media team and will interface with all departments, including account management and data strategy.
To ensure success as a Paid Search Specialist, you should be experienced at designing, buying, and managing paid search marketing campaigns across many different industries.
Strong history working within the Google Ads platform and an ability to analyze data are required components of a successful candidate.
This is a hybrid work from home/office position (in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the candidate must live near Columbus, OH.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Reports to and supports SEM campaign manager to successfully steward client accounts and ensure optimal performance based on client KPIs Strong understanding of all client business goals and objectives as it relates to paid search Proactively provides ongoing campaign optimizations and opportunities for growth based on data-driven insights and industry updates Collaborates with digital marketers, project managers, and data strategists, for cross-channel synergy and testing opportunities Define campaign budgets, align on campaign goals, and ensure adherence to search optimization principles.
Increases effectiveness of campaigns through monitoring and testing keywords, ad copy, and keyword bids Monitors paid search trends, best practices, and techniques to keep up to date on search marketing knowledge Develops SEM strategy, roadmap and recommendations for SEM client campaigns Develops estimates, budgets, and strategies for client campaign and new business opportunities Analyzes trends as well as qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates to clients and account teams Prepares and presents weekly and monthly campaign reporting for clients and internal teams Oversees the financial aspect of paid search - vendor invoices, client billing, and record management WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field and/or 2-3 years equivalent work experience in a Media Planner or similar role Extensive experience in paid and/or organic search campaign management Certified in AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping, and Google Analytics Strong experience with paid search platforms including (but not limited to) Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Kenshoo, and SA360 as well as web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or WebTrends Excellent Excel skills:

) Excellent PPC
Experience:
keyword bid optimization, ad copy optimization, and landing page optimization Experience translating analytics data into meaningful results, using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools Strong quantitative and analytical experience, especially in search engine marketing Team-player, self-driven and analytical Active interest in keeping up with the paid search industry and latest trends Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure Strong attention to detail Budget tracking and management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills WHAT YOU'LL GET The overall target range of base compensation for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience.
