Senior Business Development Coach

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an experienced senior business development coach to join a growing organization in Columbus, OH.
This is an onsite full-time role.
This role will manage and coach teams.
Training and onboarding to be expected for the first 6-8 weeks.
Manage fulfillment pipeline of students Build rapport with students and their teams Follow-up on in a timely manner Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by lead system Act as lead contact and support for assigned students Schedule and conduct appointments and provide win/win solution for students Build rapport with students Must be driven and think proactive to help students manage their teams proactively Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task with fulfillment Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved Provide feedback in a timely manner Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position Attend business meetings and trainings as required Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Must Haves:

years sales experience -- any industry/field Leadership/management experience Strong experience in building and managing teams -- coaching others 1 on 1 Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Must have a driven/go getter personality Self-motivated and results driven with proven ability to succeed Experience managing KPIs Plusses:
Real estate industry exp Coaching/management experience from any industry or company -- Example:
Best Busy, Dicks (managed and led a sales team) Teaching experience/background Recommended Skills Administration Business Development Coaching And Mentoring Curiosity Google Docs Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
