Responsibilities:
Own the strategic development, ongoing refinement & execution of the program roadmap, guiding omni channel roll-out and feedback collection for clients, bankers and servicing team Facilitate all cross-product, stakeholder and senior management communication forums and approvals processes Act as thought leader on the product strategy and execution Lead and manage multiple projects or other program related initiatives to deliver significant business results, and achieve goals without direct control over resources Approach planning, problem solving and decision-making in a logical, structured manner Work independently and take ownership of deliverables as well as prepare materials for meetings with executive audiences and stakeholders Qualifications and Skills:
3-5 years experience in Product Development or Project / Business Management in Financial Services Industry Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & SharePoint Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality communications, presentations, and reporting for various stakeholder groups BS degree or equivalent work experience (advanced degrees, other certification a plus) Track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, achieving challenging goals, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Program management experience and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and Kanban preferred Experience conducting competitor/industry research of industry landscape and market trends Need someone to help with deliverables Managing roadmaps Managing approvals/legal; Managing overall Program; keeping track of code; timeline of the program Manage Timelines:
Need someone with exp in Program Management, JIRA; has a vision of how going to manage the program Need to know the tools and add value Ensure how team getting work done, how goals are being met for program Customer Component and there is a partnership component (External to this team but internal to the team sort of customers) About BCforward:
