Performs entry-level activities to design and develop processes, new and existing products, prototypes, fixtures, and tools.
Applies engineering and scientific principles to the evaluation and solution of technical problems.
Promotes the process of continuous quality improvement and risk management, and coordinates solutions for technical and project issues.

Use multidisciplinary engineering knowledge to design and develop products.
Investigates and resolves problems involving equipment and systems.

Identifies and routinely uses the most effective and cost-efficient business practices to execute processes; continually evaluates their effectiveness and appropriateness.

Performs lay out and constructs a variety of prototype tools and fixtures required for development purposes.
Conducts evaluations, tests and analyses related to feasibility and function.

Performs troubleshooting and fault isolation activities and remains abreast of and consults on technical advancements.
Collaborates with cross -functional teams developing and executing tests, performing root cause analysis and participating in investigations.

Independently manage time and completion of assigned tasks.
Conducts measurements specified in design verification plans, documents, and tabulates results, and provides reports.
o6.
Documents custom tools with specifications, schematics, and mechanical layouts to support document control and tool release.
o7.
Applies theoretical principles, evaluation, ingenuity, and creative / analytical techniques within engineering and scientific principles.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or 4 years of controls engineering experinceThe base pay for this position is $46,700.
