We are looking to add a candidate with strong leadership skills to our growing team of 15 IT professionals responsible for the development, administration, and support of DEV programs on the Salesforce platform.
What you will be doing:
Manage daily activities and operations of the Applications Development Team.
Serve as a managerial lead on projects regarding Salesforce application development.
Assign and prioritize work assignments.
Maintain the security and integrity of the Salesforce platform.
Create timelines and estimates for project work in collaboration with the IT Project Management Team.
Assist Project Manager to ensure successful project deliverables.
Schedule and facilitate Application Development Team and employee 1 on 1 meetings.
Develop business plan for continuity for dealing with problems and resolving issues.
Assists IT Senior Leadership team in developing long-term workforce planning.

Com Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
