Business Resiliency Manager

Job SummaryThe Business Resiliency Manager within the Risk Management organization is responsible for developing and implementing plans and strategies to ensure that Northwest can continue to operate and recover from any potential disruptions or crises.
The Business Resiliency Manager will oversee the business continuity program, which includes conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and creating and testing business continuity plans.
The Business Resiliency Manager must adapt previous experience and industry leading practices to fit Northwest and will have the skills and knowledge to identify and mitigate the various risks and threats that could affect the business, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and pandemics.
Essential Functions Analyze and evaluate the potential impacts of different scenarios and events on the business operations, assets, and reputation.
Develop and implement resiliency, crisis management, and business continuity policies, procedures and frameworks that align with industry standards and best practices.
Oversee and maintain business continuity plans for the different business lines and functions, which includes recovery strategies, roles and responsibilities, communication protocols and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for the staff and management on resiliency crisis management and business continuity concepts and practices.
Coordinate and facilitate mock exercises and tests to validate the effectiveness and readiness of the business continuity plans and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on the performance and progress of the resiliency, crisis management and business continuity activities and initiatives.
Ensure respective plans and documents are updated periodically, or when changes occur in the business environment.
Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency Work as part of a team Work with on-site equipmentEducation
Experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology or related degree 8-12 years of Banking, IT, or regulatory experience#LI-EK1#LI-Hybrid Recommended Skills Banking Services Business Administration Information Technology Microsoft Office Risk Management Software Applications Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
