Salary:
Starting at $25.
00 per hour based on experience.
This technician works in support of our customers to bury and/or bore underground temporary networking cables to a home that have been placed by service technicians.
This is accomplished through the use of company issued specialized trenching and boring machinery for situations involving sidewalks, driveways, and streets, along with, hand placement using hand tools where necessary.
Due to the nature of the duties of this role, technicians are able to remain socially distant while working.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Bury service lines minimum 6 to 24 depth with hand trenching when required and with drop plows and boring capabilities Read and understand existing underground facility locates Identify and locate unmarked utilities Restore job site to the original condition Responsible for damages Review all requested and existing services with the customer before installation of new lines Stick Bore knowledge and understanding Directional bore experienceThis individual shall be self-motivated with the ability to follow oral and written instructions and who can demonstrate the ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with coworkers.
Utility construction experience is a plus but not mandatory as we offer a paid training program.
Must be able to also successfully pass an MVR, background, and drug screen.
