To be eligible for the VIE program, you?must?be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide.
As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

com/job-offers We are looking for a Warranty VIE?who will join the Warranty Management team within Quality & Total Customer Satisfaction (Q&TCS) Department in FCM North America, and who will be based in CTC (Tech-center in Columbus, Indiana).
The mission will last?18 months.
Context for this position:
As mandated by the relationship with its OEM Customers, Faurecia strives to provide full warranty support for all claims incoming from final users through the network of OEM dealerships.
The target is to process each specific claim as soon as identified by the OEM, trigger an investigation when applicable and identify root causes as soon as possible, so process and/or product can be improved accordingly.
This needs the involvement of a cross-functional team being Quality and Engineering the main interested parties in most cases.
Q&TCS owns this process with a dedicated team that will address these claims, provide guidance to the different stakeholders throughout the process and make sure the OEMs are communicated factual information in due time, providing always the necessary evidence for the chosen narrative.
Here are the main responsibilities of this role:
? Data and information monitoring as provided by the Customer and/or dealerships.
Access customer portals, process information, report out as needed.
Meet Customers onsite for their reoccurring Warranty reviews this considers components that have been requested back from the dealership.
Facilitate the logistics behind returned parts and the necessary analysis per investigation make sure assemblies reach the designated site for investigation (a production site, tech-center, a third party).
Monitor for completion of the investigation and communicate back with Customer for final agreement of the technical factor of responsibility.
Report out on status of claims, open investigations, and reviews.
Participate in global meetings with other regions for warranty results for FCM North America.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
Masters Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineer (or similar degrees of similar background) Proficient user of Office suite applications (spreadsheets, presentations).
Ability to learn new digital tools as proposed.
Previous knowledge/internship within the automotive industry.
English.
Spanish and/or French are a plus.
