Human Resources Manager
Trillium Staffing is seeking an HR Manager for a manufacturing/distribution company who will be overseeing two locations in Worthington and Lewis Center! The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting hiring managers across all departments, establishing programs to motivate the team, overseeing personnel administration tasks, managing and creating company policies, administering benefits programs, and ensuring company risk is mitigated.
Responsibilities:
oWork with the CEO and Controller to take ownership of performance reviews, bonus program, recruiting process, new hire onboarding, benefits programs, PTO and sick time management, workers' compensation, etc.
oOversee recruiting timelines for hiring needs within the next year oDevelop a top-grading program throughout the organization oDevelop metrics and surveys for quarterly performance reviews oEstablish a program to reduce employee turnover oDevelop and action plan to improve employee hiring and training in all departments oPublicize the employee spot-bonus program The salary range is $80-120,000 depending on experience
