Responsibilities:
Develops and updates training materials and content as well as performs staff training as needed.
Trains new employees and current staff on all procedures as it pertains to software systems, workflow process, billing, order entry and customer care services and operational standards.
Identifies needs for continued development in training programs.
Duties and Responsibilities1.
Develops and facilitates employee training programs related to Pharmacy operations and software.
2.
Creates new training content using various mediums including written work instructions and training videos.
3.
Creates Team Member onboarding schedule templates in collaboration with Team Member Services.
4.
Educates staff on basic use and navigation of the Pharmacy Information Management System, Electronic Document Management System, Workflow and other systems.
5.
Trains employees on reporting capabilities.
6.
Trains and develops staff on new order entry and submission to PV1.
7.
Conducts employee training on the Cycle Fill process.
8.
Educates employees about Electronic Prescriptions in regards to e-scripts and resupply orders.
9.
Trains on common troubleshooting processes for patient and prescription profiles.
10.
Trains on ERX module and how this functionality works and integrates with our system.
11.
Administers, assigns, and tracks Pharmacy-related trainings on the Trilogy University platform, including those related to compliance.
12.
Educates on the standard Customer Service processes.
13.
Provides updates and general knowledge guidelines of release times.
14.
Trains employees about payment plans and pricing codes to ensure the correct plan is applied to patient for proper billing.
15.
Educates employees on how to generate statements, apply credits/debits, resolve rejections, denials and PA's associated with all adjudicated Medicaid, Medicare D or Private Insurance claims.
16.
Provides Customer Service education.
17.
Trains employees how to utilize workflow dashboards and how to work rejected claims.
18.
Educates employees on how to ensure claims are submitted and adjudicating properly.
19.
Trains employees on STAT functionality and emergency medication dispensing methods.
20.
Trains on Pharmacist clarification queues; ensuring employees are shown how to provide proper documentation to provide clarification and irrefutable evidence.
21.
Conducts training as needed for the phone system, Microsoft programs and fax system.
22.
Partners with Home Office, Operations, Pharmacies, Executive Directors and Department Heads to determine specific training needs.
23.
Some travel with overnight stay as necessary.
24.
Meets Expectations of Excellence for position.
25.
Supports campuses, departmental goals and the overall objectives of the Company.
26.
Complies with all laws, regulations and standards of ethical conduct.
27.
Performs all job duties with a friendly positive and team-oriented approach.
28.
Maintains required licenses or certifications in good standing with the State.
29.
Complies with all Company policies, procedures, rules and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Training and Development or Organizational Development, or related experience and training.
Certifications PTCE (Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam) Certified Pharmacy Technician Experience Three (3) to five (5) years' training development or operational experience.
Healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy or long-term care environment preferred.
Delivering, training, coaching, mentoring and/or leading workshops or seminars with Pharmacy Clerks, Technicians and Pharmacists.
Matrix Care, EHR Systems, 10.
6 technology, QS1 and DocuTrack.
Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products and learning management systems (LMS).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
